Sign Ups

We have sign up sheets located in the gathering space of Annunciation Church. You must pick a date and time and arrive on time.  Please allow yourself one hour from start to finish.  We have reserved times for online registration and you can schedule by clicking here.

You can still sign up for pictures in September!

All of our Ministry's will get a group photo on a Saturday Morning. Please look below for which pictures you should be in attendance.

F.A.Q

Will our names, address and phone numbers appear in the directory?
Your name will appear as well as an e-mail address if provided.  We are not including addresses and phone numbers.

How much does it cost?
It is free to sit and have your picture taken and placed into the directory.  You will receive a free directory as well as one free 8x10 photo.  You will be given the option to purchase additional pictures and the costs will be provided to you at the time of pictures.

Where will the pictures be taken?
Annunciation School is where the pictures will be taken.

Do I have to schedule a time or can I just show up?
You must have a scheduled appointment.  The sign up sheets are online or in the gathering space of Annunciation Church.  Please consider signing up sooner rather than later to ensure you have a time that works best for you.
