South Jersey Catholic Ministries Appeal
The South Jersey Catholic Ministries Appeal in-pew weekend is to be held on February 10th and 11th, 2024. This year’s theme: “Through Him and For Him” continues our focus on the nation-wide Eucharist Revival and reminds us that “in the blessed Eucharist is contained the whole spiritual good of the Church, namely Christ himself.” The Camden Diocese will have the South Jersey Catholic Ministries Appeal letters completed and mailed to parishioners starting about the week of January 29th. I encourage you to consider making a donation and return your gift form at your earliest convenience to the parish office or place in the collection basket. If making a pledge, please make Check payable to “SOUTH JERSEY CATHOLIC MINISTRIES APPEAL" or "SJCMA”. Please talk to your fellow parishioners and friends about the campaign to help us thereby helping our neighbors. The new SJCMA Pledge Cards if needed, can be found by the bulletin board in the rear of the church. Additional information about the campaign can be found at www.candendiocese.org/SJCMA Our parish is ending the 2023 South Jersey Catholic Ministries Appeal “"Faces of Hope"”. St Joachim Parish raised $41,300.00 which was 51.5% of the campaign goal. I would like to thank all the parishioners for their support as a parish family to 2023 South Jersey Catholic Ministries Appeal. If you have any questions, you can contact the parish chairperson, Jim Prawdzik.
